More than 25,000 families are Angkor Rice's members and growing Neang Malis rice for us this year. Since there are no middlemen, Angkor Rice has the control of the entire rice production process.

To become a member, each farmer enters into an agreement with Angkor Rice to closely follow our instructions and grow only our grains.

At the start of planting season in July, staffs from Angkor Rice's Agriculture Division distribute the high quality grains to members. For total quality assurance, the farmers are not allowed to plant their own grains; only our Neang Malis rice is grown in the members' fields.

During the growing season, Angkor Rice's staffs regularly visit the rice paddies to provide additional instructions and support to the members. As a result, any problem that may arise can be fixed in a timely manner.

At the end of the year, the members harvest the crop and bring it to the rice mill, where our quality-control team checks the quality of rice grains and selects only those that meet our high standard will be processed at the rice mill so that only the best rice will reach our customers.
